The Launch Community is a professional space for enterprise practitioners to shape products with our teams. These guidelines keep discussions useful, safe and inclusive.
Share the business problem, context and outcome you need — not just complaints. Speak from experience.
Don't share confidential material from your employer or another organisation. Redact before you post.
The community is not a sales channel. Vendors and partners must disclose affiliation.
Different industries, roles and countries bring different perspectives. Debate ideas, not people.
No unlawful, discriminatory or harmful content. Harassment is not tolerated.
Prototype access is subject to non-disclosure. Screenshots and recordings may be restricted; check the channel rules.
Moderation
Content that breaks these guidelines is removed. Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension. To report content, use the "Report" action next to a post or write to community@heirstechnologies.com.
