Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Launchpad, joining the community or submitting a waitlist, requirement, pilot application or survey, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose

The Launchpad exists to gather product feedback, run discovery and validation activities, and coordinate pre-release access. Content, dates and product features are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorised to represent the organisation you name. Pilots may require signed pilot agreements and executive sponsorship.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful, confidential or harmful content, attempt to access accounts you do not own, or interfere with the platform's operation. The community guidelines describe expected behaviour in shared spaces.

5. Intellectual property

Heirs Technologies retains all rights in the Launchpad, product roadmaps, prototypes and materials. You grant Heirs Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use feedback you submit to improve products.

6. Pre-release nature

Prototypes and pilots are provided "as is" without warranties. Do not rely on them for production, regulatory or safety-critical use unless a separate agreement says so.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may leave the community at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heirs Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Launchpad.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos.
