Business context you provide (industry, organisation size, primary challenge, timeframe, approximate number of users).

Manage your waitlist, community membership and pilot applications.
Prioritise product discovery, validation and roadmap decisions.
Send you product updates, event invitations and pilot opportunities where you have consented.

4. Consent and legal basis

We rely on your consent for marketing communications and on legitimate interests for operating the Launchpad and maintaining a secure service. Every consent is logged with a version, timestamp and identifier so you can review or withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with (a) Heirs Technologies group companies operating a product you have registered for, (b) processors under contractual obligations (hosting, analytics, email delivery), and (c) authorities where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep waitlist and community records for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
